The complex is the Klenow fragment of DNA polymease I
of Thermus aquaticus, whose structure was solved by Li, Mitaxov,
and Waksman. This particular enzyme has been modified to incorporate
dideoxynucleotides more eficiently for sequencing (PNAS 96: 9491, 1999).
The coordinates were modified by M. Bruist to include
3' oxygens on the incoming dGTP and the 3' G of the primer strand.
